How can I place my order?


  • Place an order on the website and pay online.

  • Select  the  images/products/emailorder.jpg option on the Checkout page.  One of our team will call to confirm your order details and arrange payment before processing your order.

Is there a minimum order for delivery

There is no order minimum however orders less than $150 in value attract a $5 handling charge.

What guarantees of quality do I have?

Wine is stored and distributed from our purpose-built wine storage facility in Melbourne where temperature, humidity and light levels are all controlled.

From time to time you may receive wine delivered direct from the producers depending on our current stock levels.

Millésime Fine Wines carries a combination of current and aged vintages.   Some ullage in older vintages is not uncommon.

What methods of payment can I use?

Pay 'online' using your credit card with Paypal's Payment Services.  Paypal acts like any other secure payment gateway and you do not need a Paypal account to purchase wine off this website.
 
Payment by personal cheque or direct bank funds transfer can be made by prior arrangement.
   
Payment can be made 'offline' by contacting our team on +61 3 9489 8800.

Is paying by credit card over the internet safe?

During checkout you are transferred to Paypal's secure payment gateway, which utilises the highest levels of commercially available encryption to ensure your credit card details remain secure.

advises us immediately upon receipt of your payment whereupon we will process your order.

Are my wines insured?

All deliveries are insured by us.  The cost of insurance is built into the delivery charge and there is nothing more for you to pay.

What happens if I’m not there when the delivery arrives?

All deliveries must be signed for therefore your order will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for collection.  Please present the card left by the delivery driver when collecting your order.

Please note that anyone at the delivery address who receives the order will be presumed to be authorised to receive the order on your behalf.

Drivers may refuse to deliver the order to any person not able to provide satisfactory proof that they are aged eighteen (18) years or over.

Delivery drivers will not call ahead.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

Yes.  Signature for the delivery will be required when collecting your wine from the Post Office.

Can I have a wine gift delivered on a particular day?

Yes.  Please tell us what date you require it to be delivered using the special delivery instructions on the Checkout page.  This may require using either an Express or Same-day delivery option.  We will contact you to confirm the best delivery option available for your particular requirement.

What if my wine arrives either damaged or corked?

We will arrange for replacement of any products damaged in delivery or wines of current vintage found to be corked.  Please retain the wine and notify us immediately.

What if the wrong wine arrives?

We offer a full refund or replacement for any wines delivered incorrectly.  Please retain the product and notify us notify us immediately upon delivery.

Can I add a gift message or special delivery instructions to my order?

Yes. You can add a gift message and any special delivery instructions during Checkout.

Can I include my own gift card with my order?

Yes. We do this for many clients for both single and large volume orders.

Just post your card(s) to the address below and leave us a special delivery note with your order that you’d like to include your own card.
