Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders with Millésime Fine Wines.

All goods advertised on this website are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Millésime Fine Wines until full payment is received.
The quality and accuracy of the information on our website is important to us. We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate however this information is provided on an ‘as is’ basis, is subject to change without notice and no warranties, either express or implied, are provided by Millésime Fine Wines in respect of this website or its contents.
Millésime Fine Wines reserves the right to change prices and availability without notice.
Agreement
Placing an Order on this website or via phone, fax or email is deemed to constitute your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions provided on this website. No obligation to sell or supply goods will arise until the Order is received and, at its absolute discretion, accepted by Millésime Fine Wines.
Prices
Prices listed are per bottle in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and include GST.
Delivery
Millésime Fine Wines attempts to dispatch all Orders the next business day however Orders are subject to stock availability and supply lead times.
All deliveries are insured. The cost of insurance is included in the Delivery Charge and there is no additional charge for you to pay.
All deliveries must be signed for by a person at the delivery address. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the Order will be presumed to be authorised to receive the Order on your behalf.
Drivers may refuse to deliver the Order to any person not able to provide satisfactory proof that they are aged eighteen (18) years or over.
Refunds & replacements
We will arrange for replacement of any products damaged in delivery or wines of current vintages that are found to be corked. Please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Back vintages of wine cannot always be replaced. These wines are therefore sold on the basis that the buyer accepts the risk that the wine may be corked.
We offer a full refund or replacement for any wines delivered incorrectly. Please retain the product and contact us immediately upon delivery.
Packaging & Labelling
We aim to ensure that pictures and labels of goods on our website are accurate. At times the pictures of the goods are for illustrative purposes only. Millésime Fine Wines does not warrant the accuracy of product information contained on the website and recommends that you read the label on the goods purchased carefully on receipt of your Order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any liability of Millésime Fine Wines arising out of or in connection with any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition in respect of goods or services supplied to you be limited to:
(a) if the condition relates to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
(b) if the condition relates to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
You agree that the entire risk arising out of installation, down loading, use or performance of this website remains with you.
To the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Millésime Fine Wines and its related corporations from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of data or loss or damage that may reasonably have been supposed to have been in the contemplation of the parties as at the date of this Agreement) arising out of or in connection with Millésime Fine Wines or this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss or damage caused by the negligence of Millésime Fine Wines or its related corporations.
Intellectual Property
Millésime Fine Wines or its related corporations own or are licensed to use all Intellectual Property Rights in on this website (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs or text). You may not, in any form or by any means, copy, adapt, store, distribute or reproduce any part of this website unless expressly permitted by Millésime Fine Wines.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notification of amendments is made by updating the pages on this website. Your continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of any amendments.
General
Millésime Fine Wines is a company registered in Victoria. Any dispute or claim arising from the use of this website must be made and settled under Victorian law.
